FOR GROUP LEADERS & AGENCIES
Bringing a group to Israel? We take care of everything on the ground. Israway Tours is an Israeli ground handler: since 2010 we have hosted many church, pilgrim and heritage groups from the USA, Germany, Romania and other countries.
We work with group leaders directly — and with tour operators and agencies abroad who need a reliable partner in Israel. Groups of 20–50+ travellers, programmes from a few days to two weeks.
Group Tours to Israel We Handle the Logistics, You Focus on the Experience
How It Works
1. Tell us about your group — dates, number of travellers, the places that matter to you.
2. Receive a tailored programme and quote — hotels, transport, guides and site bookings.
3. Fine-tune the details — we adjust the route, hotels and pace until it is right.
4. Travel — we meet your group at the airport and stay with you until departure.
One contact for the whole trip. Average response time: 24 hours.
Why Work With Us
A Local Partner, No Middlemen
Direct rates, no middlemen — we book hotels, coaches and guides ourselves, here in Israel.
Your programme, your way — use one of our proven itineraries or send us your own, and we build the logistics around it.
On the ground, every day — if something changes during the trip, we fix it on the spot.
What we arrange: hotels in Tel Aviv, Netanya, Tiberias, the Dead Sea and Jerusalem · coaches of every size, from minibuses to 60-seat luxury coaches (models with guide headsets and Wi-Fi on request) · licensed guides in all major languages · entrance and site bookings, Sea of Galilee boat rides, special meals and events · airport and VIP transfers · MICE and corporate events.
For Tour Operators & Agencies
We work B2B with travel agencies and tour organisers abroad: net rates, flexible programmes and fast replies. Send us your group request and we will answer within 24 hours.
Ready-made itineraries: In-Depth Bible Lands (14 days), Biblical Israel (9 days), Israel Heritage & History (10 days) and Grand Tour of Israel (12 days) — see the Tours page.
